Abstract
이 조사는 지방의회의 입법활동에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 서울시의회 의원과 전문위원실 입법지원 담당자들을 대상으로 실시되었다. 주요 조사내용은 의정활동에서 입법활동이 차지하는 비중, 입법활동에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 영향력 정도, 영역별 영향력의 상대적인 비중 등이다.
