Abstract
국내 외국인력의 취업과 고용 및 사회생활 실태를 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 정부의 외국인력 수급 및 관리 정책의 발전 방안을 모색하고자「2010 체류외국인 실태조사」연구가 수행되었다. 이 연구의 일환으로 고용허가제로 입국한 외국인근로자, 방문취업제로 입국한 중국동포근로자, 외국인근로자 고용업체, 그리고 상장기업 각각을 대상으로 독립적인 실태조사가 실시되었다.「방문취업제 외국국적동포 생활실태조사」는 그 중 중국동포근로자를 대상으로 실시한 것으로 그 설문지는 사회인구학적 특성, 입국과정, 입국 및 체류, 취업상태, 근로조건 및 근로만족, 고충처리, 일상생활 및 사회적 관계 등에 관한 문항들로 구성되어 있다.
