Abstract
이 조사는 조직문화와 조직공정성이 조직구성원의 행동변화에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 하에 조직문화와 조직공정성, 조직시민행동 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 시행된 것이다. 조사는 중앙공무원교육원 및 외교안보연구원의 교육생을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 조사내용에는 조직문화(변화문화, 관계문화, 위계문화, 과업문화), 조직시민행동(이타행동, 참여행동, 자기계발행동, 공유행동), 조직공정성(분배공정성, 절차공정성) 등이 포함되어 있다.
