이 조사는 정부조직의 문화적 특성이 공무원의 여성관리자 인식에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 시행한 것이다. 조사는 중앙정부부처 공무원을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 그 설문지는 집합주의, 권력거리, 불확실성 회피, 성과지향 등 조직문화의 4가지 차원과 여성관리자를 평가하도록 설계되어 있다.
