This survey was conducted to examine the working conditions and attitudes of personnel working in welfare facilities for the elderly to identify the determinants of elder care personnel’s attitude towards their work.
The main contents of the survey include, state of facilities, type of employment, period of employment, wage level, hours of work, experience of discrimination and human rights violation, difficulties in conducting job, intention and reason for job change, state of educational training, state of conducting care management, attitude towards care insurance system, measures for enhancing professional expertise, degree of work’s interference in family life, relations with colleagues, working conditions, job satisfaction, workplace satisfaction, job related stress, and attitude towards elderly with dementia.
