Abstract
This survey was conducted to produce basic statistics on the use of broadcast and communication services including the telephone, internet, and TV broadcast. The main contents of the survey are wire telephone, internet phone, mobile phone, internet, paid broadcast, and broadcast-communication convergence services and include subscription rate, company subscribing to, intention of subscribing, difficulties in using service, brand recognition, level of satisfaction with service, experience of changing service provider and intention of switching, ease of switching service provider, ease of price comparisons between service providers, expected damages to consumers, and average monthly cost of telecommunications.
