This survey was conducted among the visitors of Seoul and Busan to investigate visitors' perception of the city-brand which has been developed and shaped by local governments to develop a multidimensional city-brand evaluation scale.
The main contents of the survey include perception of city characteristics of Seoul/Busan, cognitive and emotional images of Seoul/Busan, Perception of the city-brand characteristics of Seoul/Busan, recommendation of visiting Seoul/Busan and intention of revisiting, and satisfaction with visit to Seoul/Busan, etc.
