Abstract
This survey was conducted among soldiers serving in the Marine Corps to examine the perception and attitude of soldiers towards leisure activities for the purpose of developing a leisure program within the military. The main contents of the survey include level of satisfaction of leisure activities, helpfulness of leisure activities in serving in the military, preventative effects of leisure activities in preventing conflict among colleagues, effects of leisure activities in promoting camaraderie, preferences in ways of participating in leisure activities, and the level of stress of military life.
