Government innovations are carried out with emphasis on the improvement of organizational culture and the conducts of government employees. However, the objective and scientific verification of such changes in administrative culture and conduct of government employees following government innovation were difficult to measure. Consequently, a study titled「The Impact on the Organizational Culture and Behavior by Government Innovation in Korea」was conducted to evaluate the results of the government innovation pursued during the Roh's government and this survey was conducted to collect data on the attitude and evaluation of government employees on government innovation. The questionnaire of this survey includes contents on job commitment, job motivation, job control, job exhaustion, centralization of authority, evaluation of attitude towards organizational culture, attitude towards administrative culture, and the effects of the government innovation.
