Abstract
This survey on the health of Naju citizens was conducted to collect basic data necessary for the health promotion business by Naju city’s public health center. The questionnaire of this survey includes contents on whether the respondent exercises and for how long, whether the respondent smokes and amount of smoking, keeping a regular schedule, eating habits, frequency of intake per type of food, recent state of physical and mental health, level of life satisfaction, objective awareness of state of health, ability to carry out everyday functions, current illness, and use of public health centers and hospitals.
