Abstract
This data is the result of the experiment conducted to analyze consumer preference regarding genetically modified agricultural products. The experiment was conducted in a hypothetical auction method and gauged the amount a consumer is willing to pay for genetically modified and genetically non-modified agricultural products and estimated the consumer preference for genetically non-modified agricultural products.
In this experiment a survey was also conducted on consumer attitude towards genetically modified agricultural products, experience of and willingness to purchase genetically modified agricultural products, awareness of the labeling of genetically modified agricultural products, and the trust in and need for labeling of agricultural products.
