Survey on the Living Conditions of Union Members for the Formulation of Cost of Living Model, 1990

This survey was conducted by the National Council of Trade Unions to examine the living conditions of laborers for the formulation of a new model for the computation of the minimum cost of living. The National Council of Trade Unions aimed to utilize the minimum cost of living computed through the data collected from this survey as the basis for wage negotiations.
This survey was conducted among members of the National Council of Trade Unions and the questionnaire includes contents on subjective living standard, total amount of savings and debt, residential type and level of satisfaction, food/utilities/transportation and communication/household goods/education/medical expenditures, and amount of tax payments.
