This survey was conducted to rate the level of public services offered by the Gwangju Metropolitan City Corporation. This survey collected customer satisfaction index data on 7 types of business managed and run by the Gwangju Metropolitan City Corporation. The services to be rated are as follows.
1) Sports Facilities: Awareness of business, in person service, phone service, usage fees, instructor friendliness, overall service, etc.
2) Housing Lot Sales: Awareness of business, in person service, phone service, overall service, etc.
3) Permanent Rental Housing: Awareness of business, in person service, phone service, apartment facilities, apartment management and maintenance fees, overall service, etc.
4) Public Housing: Awareness of business, in person service, phone service, apartment facilities, apartment management and maintenance fees, overall service, etc
5) Compensation for Land Acquisition: Awareness of business, in person service, phone service, compensation procedure, appeal information, overall service, etc.
6) Funeral and Burial: Awareness of business, in person service, phone service, overall service, etc.
7) Parking Lot: Awareness of business, in person service, parking charges, parking facilities, overall service, etc.
