This survey was conducted to examine what influence the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup had on the image of Korea for foreigners visiting Korea, with emphasis on capturing the change in the image of Korea before and after their visit. The questionnaire of this survey includes contents on purpose of visiting Korea and number of visits, recognition of the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup, influence of hosting the World Cup on visiting and improving the image of Korea, intention of recommending a visit to Korea, and image of Korea before and after the visit.
