This survey was conducted for the collection of preliminary data to present a direction for judicial reform by examining the opinions of judges, prosecutors, lawyers, and law professors on the enactment of reform laws and concrete points of contention. The questionnaire includes the opinions and evaluation of law professionals on the law school system, jury system, revision proposal for the code of criminal procedure, abolition of capital punishment, and other issues of judicial reform.
