Abstract
The accumulation of empirical studies on crimes of sexual violence is crucial in the establishment of policies to reduce sexual crimes. This survey was conducted among criminals of sexual violence to investigate the causes and state of sexual violence crimes and collect preliminary data for the establishment of crime prevention methods. The questionnaire is composed of two parts, a psychological test and a values survey. The psychological test is composed of opinion of self, judgment of sexual roles and sexual violence, and standards of law and judgment of violence. The values survey includes contents of childhood experiences, everyday life, circumstances and contents of the crime, relative information on victim, usual state of mind and attitude, and personal relations.
