Abstract
The accumulation of empirical studies on crimes of sexual violence is crucial in the establishment of policies to reduce sexual violence crimes. This record survey was conducted to investigate the causes and state of crimes of sexual violence and collect preliminary data for the establishment of crime prevention methods by organizing trial records on sexual violence crimes. The contents were drawn from records on sexual violence crime investigation trials and composed of contents including characteristics of criminal act, characteristics of criminal, characteristics of sentence, and characteristics of victims.
