Abstract
이 조사는 부산에 있는 특1급, 특2급, 1급 호텔 종사원을 대상으로 팔로워십과 직무만족, 이직의도 간의 영향관계를 규명하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 주요 조사내용으로는 독립적/의존적, 능동적/수동적 행동양식 등을 측정할 수 있는 직장/조직에서의 행동유형에 대한 척도문항과 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도 등이다.
