This survey was conducted to investigate the antecedent variables of social workers’ organizational commitment and to examine the relationship between them and organizational commitment. The main contents of the survey include neutrality of the personnel management system, consistency, accuracy, ethics, reliability, and reciprocity evaluation, attitude of superiors in managing personnel, role within the organization, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and evaluation of organization and level of regulation.
