Abstract
The「Survey on the Living Conditions and Attitudes of Families in Gyeonggi-do」was conducted to provide useful data for establishing support measures by examining the level of poverty and state of child education of low income families. This survey was conducted by selecting households within Gyeonggi-do and simultaneously surveying the parents and children of each household, and this data was collected from parents. The questionnaire includes contents on health, gap between the rich and the poor, attitude towards social mobility, participation in children’s school life, support of child education, financial status, social consciousness, utilization of educational welfare system, and need for educational welfare.
