Abstract
The「Survey on Insurance Crime Records」 was conducted by the Korean Institute of Criminology in order to provide basic data for the establishment of comprehensive measures by investigating the state of increasing insurance crimes and its damages. The survey is composed of data on cases, rulings, and suspects, and this data is based on the rulings of insurance crime cases. The records contain contents on number of cases, number of suspects, number of insurance companies, and the amount of defrauded money.
