Abstract
정보통신혁명과 디지털경제의 확산으로 노동시장의 형태, 교육 및 직업훈련, 기업의 인사노무관리에서의 큰 변화가 예상되고 있다. 노동시장에서도 정보통신인력 인력수급의 불균형문제가 나타나고 있다. 이 조사는 정보통신인력의 인력수급실태를 파악하여 변화되는 노동시장에 대처하기 위한 목적으로 시행되었다. 벤처 IT 기업의 근로자들을 대상으로 한 것으로서 조사내용은 정보통신기업의 근로조건, 근무숙련도, 교육훈련, 그리고 직업경력 등으로 구성되어 있다.
