Survey on Attitudes towards Industrial Relations, 1999 : Union Leaders

The Korea Labor Institute conducted the 「Survey on Attitudes towards Industrial Relations」 to search for an optimal direction for the practices of industrial relations and human resource management. This survey research is composed of contents including workers, union or worker representatives, and surveys of management, and this survey was conducted among union or worker representatives. The questionnaire includes the following contents: overall industrial relations, power relations between union and management, obstacles of industrial relations, opinion on labor unions, opinion on tripartite commission, tasks of labor union, wages, employment adjustment, working hours, employee stock ownership, employee involvement in management, state of human resource management, and the changes in work scope following the IMF crisis.
