This survey was conducted to promote research on organizational management strategy development essential to corporate management by collecting data on the state of changes in human resource and organizational management within Korean corporations following the 1997 financial crisis and IMF corporate restructuring. The questionnaire includes contents on corporate profile, management index, management environment, management strategy, personnel management system, organizational structure, changes in management outcomes following financial crisis, changes in personnel management following financial crisis, state of team system management, and process of introducing the team system.
