Abstract
The「Survey on Employment Insurance Subsidy for the Employment Promotion of Potential Workforce」 was conducted by the Korea Labor Institute to investigate the utilization and effects of employment promotion subsidy available to the elderly, single mothers, and long-term unemployed workers for the reform of the employment insurance system and policy establishment. The survey was conducted separately among workers and corporations, and this data was collected from corporations that have received employment promotion subsidies. The questionnaire includes contents on current status of corporate personnel, status of changes in personnel, state of new personnel hiring, sales, ordinary profit, average wage, average period of continued service by worker, plans for recruitment, utilization of employment promotion subsidy for the elderly/women/and long-term unemployed workers, and the effects of employment promotion subsidy for the elderly/women/and long-term unemployed workers.
