This survey was conducted to gauge a direction for policy and system reform for the establishment of a more participatory and cooperative labor relations by examining the problems and issues surrounding labor relations through surveying corporate labor relations managers. The questionnaire includes contents on attitude towards labor union, attitude towards labor union members, state of labor relations, evaluation of the system of establishing labor unions, evaluation of labor union management system, labor-management council, collective agreement, unfair labor practices, process of conflict resolution, appropriate labor relations, and appropriate direction for labor movement.
