Recently employee participation in management has become a hotly debated issue in the industrial and labor sectors of Korea. This survey aims to collect preliminary data to get the discourse moving in a more constructive and scientific direction. The questionnaire includes contents on corporate status, corporate information sharing, company supported educational training, human resource policy practices, wage and compensation system, organization innovation program, budget/ union participation for management participation, position of initiative leadership of employee participation, promotion of employee participation and obstacles, participatory management and its results, and comparisons with other companies.
