This survey was conducted to promote research on the development of an effective human resource management system to aid Korean corporations in China by investigating the management environment and labor relations culture they are facing. The questionnaire includes contents on employment relations, job content, job satisfaction, occupational commitment, occupational loyalty, intention of job change, working attitude, evaluation of company’s labor relations policy, evaluation of company’s management policy, and evaluation of company’s wage policy.
