As a result of efforts to attract foreign capital to overcome the current financial crisis foreign corporations are entering Korea in the form of direct investments, but little is known about the labor relations within these foreign invested enterprises. This survey was conducted to collect data to facilitate the understanding of labor relations and human resource policies of foreign invested enterprises in Korea and to promoted related studies. The questionnaire includes contents on management and outlook on labor relations, company profile, labor relations, human resource management, wage policy, personnel management system, and welfare and benefits policies.
