Abstract
이 조사는 모성보호제도의 합리적 발전을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 시행되었다. 조사내용은 직장을 다니는지 여부, 고용형태, 직업종사기간, 임신중 모성보호조치, 유해물질 취급정도, 휴가사용형태, 산전후휴가와 수유시간 인지여부, 모성보호제도의 인지여부와 태도 등으로 구성되어 있다. 현재 육아휴직 중인 경우, 육아휴직후 동일 직장에 복귀한 경우, 육아휴직후 다른 직장에 근무하는 경우, 육아휴직을 사용하지 않은 경우 네 유형으로 구분하여 육아휴직 실태를 상세히 알아보고 있다.
