Dispatched labor refers to a type of work where the laborer is employed by an agency and dispatched to a user company where the work is carried out. The 「Survey on Dispatched Labor」 is a survey research project conducted by the Korea Labor Institute to examine the state of dispatched labor currently on the rise with the increasing flexibility of the labor market. The survey was conducted to contribute to the establishment of effective government personnel management policies in the future by collecting in depth data from financial entities closely related to the management of the dispatched labor system. The 「Survey on Dispatched Labor」is composed of three independent surveys of user company, temporary work agency, and dispatched laborer, and this data was collected from human resource managers of companies using dispatched laborers. The questionnaire includes contents on business specifications of company, state of dispatched laborer, job content of dispatched laborer, wage level of dispatched laborer, welfare level of dispatched laborer, and contents of service contract.
