Abstract
This survey was conducted to examine the opinions of corporations on the operation of employment agencies and to come up with reform measures for the employment insurance system and employment security centers. The questionnaire includes contents on channel of hiring personnel, points of reform for employment agencies, measures for increasing the use of employment security centers, service and friendliness of employment agencies, professionalism, reliability, and level of satisfaction with employment agency.
