Since the end of the 1980s the human resource management of Korean corporations has been moving towards a direction emphasizing pragmatism and such changes were accelerated by the financial crisis. This survey aims to examine the management system of employment, promotions, training, turnovers and wages practiced by corporations in a fast changing financial environment following the financial crisis. The questionnaire includes questions on management conditions, human resource management, size of personnel, new hiring, wage system, vocational training, and vocational competency development.
