Abstract
The purpose of the juvenile delinquency classification system is to provide appropriate treatment guides through the professional diagnosis of juvenile delinquents and their surrounding environments. This record survey was conducted to examine and evaluate the state of juvenile delinquency classification system and to present reform measures. The contents of the records include personal profiles of juvenile offenders, family environment, school life, social environment, physical characteristics, health, parents’ marital status, record of delinquency, behavior observation record, and past deeds.
