Abstract
The 「Record Survey on Users of Philopon」 was conducted by the Korean Institute of Criminology to examine the state of methamphetamine (Philopon) use currently known as the most widely used drug in Korea to provide data for the establishment of measures to prevent the further spread of drug abuse. The survey was conducted based on the personal identification cards and court records of juvenile prisoners and includes contents on prisoner’s crime record, location of drug (MAP) use, method of drug administration, injected body part, number of disciplinary actions, and relation to organized crime.
