Although the increase in cases of trafficking of women, rape, and sexual molestation of children have been pointed out as a social problem creating anxiety, due to the covert nature of sexual crimes and the tendencies of victims to hide the fact of victimization, empirical studies in this area have faced many obstacles. The survey was conducted not only to understand the state of sexual crimes and to promote research on sexual crimes but also to provide useful data for presenting preventive measures. The questionnaire is composed of contents on attitude towards safety, value system, appropriate level of sentencing for rapists, evaluation of the judicial process, measures against sexual violence, standards of measuring sexual violence, attitude towards the opposite sex, sexual awareness, experience of sexual violence victimization, and experience of premarital sex.
