Abstract
This survey was conducted among interns and institutions to gather data for the improvement of the government internship program. This data was collected from interns. The questionnaire is composed of sections on the utilization and participation in internship program and the evaluation and points of improvement of internship program. The questions on utilization and participation in internship program include level of education at time of internship program, area of participation, program completion, main tasks, employment after completing internship program, channel of information on internship program, and reason for utilization. Questions on the evaluation of internship program and points of improvement include correspondence between tasks during internship program and major, evaluation of internship program, reason for dissatisfaction, appropriate period of internship, future plans for utilization, and points of improvement.
