Abstract
This survey was conducted for the purpose of establishing fundamental data needed for instituting a supply and demand policy for a smooth labor market, by investigating the desire for and state of female employment. The 「Survey on Acceleration of Female Worker Employment」was conducted among the unemployed, employed, and companies, and this survey is of companies. The questionnaire includes contents such as characteristics of company, employment, countermeasure for labor shortage, wage and allowances, training, employment practice, maternity protection and child rearing, Equal Employment Opportunities Act, new personnel management system, utilization of female workforce.
