Abstract
This survey aims to investigate the problems of the mass unemployment measures following the IMF management system, and to provide data for the establishment of practical measures to overcome an unemployment crisis. The 「Survey on Overcoming the Unemployment Crisis」was conducted among regular citizens and the unemployed, and this data is a reconstruction of topics common to both surveys. The questionnaire includes topics of countermeasures against unemployment and the national movement for overcoming unemployment. The section on countermeasures against unemployment deals with evaluation of the nongovernmental level unemployment policy, highly practical unemployment policy, and unemployment policy with great practical benefits. Questions on the national movement for overcoming unemployment include the need for fundraising for the unemployment fund, the support of private organizations, management of unemployment fund, and means of participating in the unemployment fund fundraising efforts.
