Abstract

This survey aims to investigate the problems of the mass unemployment measures following the IMF management system, and to provide data for the establishment of practical measures to overcome an unemployment crisis. The 「Survey on Overcoming the Unemployment Crisis」was conducted among regular citizens and the unemployed, and this survey was collected among regular citizens. The questionnaire includes topics such as state of unemployment, countermeasures against unemployment, and national movement for overcoming unemployment. The section on state of unemployment includes whether a member of the family is unemployed, forecast of high unemployment trends, and measures of supporting the unemployed. Questions on countermeasure against unemployment include evaluation of nongovernmental level programs against unemployment, highly practical unemployment policy, and unemployment policy with great practical benefits. Questions on the national movement for overcoming unemployment include the need for fundraising for the unemployment fund, support of private organizations, management of unemployment fund, and means of participating in the unemployment fund’s fundraising efforts.
