이 조사연구의 목적은 우리나라에 진출한 외국인 투자기업 노사관계의 전체적 특징에 대한 파악과 동시에 이들의 노사관계에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 검토하고 정부의 외국인 투자정책이 올바로 수립될 수 있도록 하는데 있다.
