Abstract
This survey was conducted among inmates imprisoned for homicide to organize the characteristics of suspects of homicide for the empirical study of the transition in homicide, characteristics as well as attitudes of murderers, and the criminological distinctions of the act of homicide. The questionnaire included contents on work experience, surrounding conditions in confinement, reason for committing crime, premeditation of crime, state of mind while committing crime, state of mind immediately after committing crime, attitude towards institutions of criminal justice, value system, outlook on life, social consciousness, and attitude towards sentence.
