Abstract
This survey was conducted to gain an in depth understanding of the school life of adolescents and to accurately grasp the state of juvenile delinquency. The data is expected to be utilized for the study on investigating the cause of juvenile delinquency. The questionnaire includes contents on school life, relationship with teachers, study, family life, and peer relations.
