Abstract
This survey was conducted to provide basic data useful for the investigation of early predictors of delinquency and illegal acts among elementary students. The questionnaire includes contents on family environment, school life, experience of delinquency, friends with experience of delinquency, juridical consciousness, value system, and student evaluation by teacher.
