The internet, or cyberspace, has long become a familiar cultural space for adolescents. This survey, by examining closely the behavioral patterns exhibited by adolescents in cyberspace and their experiences, was conducted to explore problems resulting from such experiences. Furthermore, it was designed to collect data for establishing countermeasures for problems caused by the anonymity of the internet. The questionnaire includes contents on type of internet use, level of internet use, damages from using the internet, illegal internet use, cyber addiction, socio-demographic characteristics of parents, value system, self-esteem, and impulsiveness.
