This survey was conducted to investigate Korean citizens’ attitude towards law and state of law abidance to provide necessary data for establishing future strategies and direction for the compliance campaign. The questionnaire includes contents on concept of Justice, legitimacy of law, function of law, law abidance, attitude towards law enforcement agencies, attitude towards current judicial system, and law abiding behavior.
