This survey was designed to examine the state of traffic related crimes and to provide preliminary data necessary for the establishment of measures to effectively alleviate the heavy workload of criminal justice institutions from rapidly increasing traffic related crimes. The questionnaire includes contents on driving conditions, traffic environment, attitude towards traffic regulations, gravity of traffic violations, experience of traffic violations, experience of accidents, evaluation of current traffic regulations, subjects of traffic environment reform, and subjects of traffic regulation reform.
