Abstract

The 「Survey on Stalking」 was conducted by the Korean Institute of Criminology by the request of the Ministry of Justice to investigate the conditions of stalking and fear in order to provide necessary data for establishing effective countermeasures. The survey was designed to allow international comparative studies with cases from different countries and aims to promote the study of policy on crisis intervention at the early stages of stalking and measures for victim protection. This survey is composed of data on the three groups most vulnerable to stalking crimes ? victims of domestic violence, single women, entertainers- and this data was collected from entertainers also seen as leaders of popular culture. The questionnaire includes contents on victimization from stalking, marital violence, attitude towards gender roles, standards for defining stalking, stalking victimization of an acquaintance, process of stalking by spouse, recent victimization from stalking, stalker, psychological state at the time of being stalked, coping with stalking.

「괴롭힘 피해실태에 관한 조사」는 가정폭력피해자(A1-2002-0037), 대학생(A1-2002-0038), 연예인(A1-2002-0039) 자료로 구성되어있음.
