Abstract
The survey on attendance center order was conducted to build a database for the establishment of improvement measures by investigating the effects and management conditions of the system through traffic violation offenders ordered to attendance center. The questionnaire includes contents on traffic violations, attendance centre order programs, and the evaluation of attendance center programs and improvement measures. The section on traffic violations include questions on attendance center order, degree of harm caused, drunken driving, hit and run, and crime record. The section on attendance center programs include the different kinds of attendance center activities, level of satisfaction with attendance center activities, process of carrying out attendance center order, partners in attendance center activities, supervision by probation officer, diligence in doing service activities, and the effects of attendance center activities. Questions on the evaluation of attendance center program and improvement measures include reasons for attendance center order, preferred attendance center activity, appropriate number of participants, and need for programs etc.
