Abstract
This record survey was conducted to examine the state of crimes related to the production, circulation, and abuse of drugs by organizing the case records of drug related crimes. Thus this record survey offers data on the state and transition of recent drug related crimes showing aspects considerably different from that of the past. This data will be useful in establishing policy for the effective regulation of drug related crimes. Topics included in this record survey are demographic characteristics or personal information, crime record, investigative process, crime details, accomplice, reason for crime, type of drug, circumstances at the time of crime, and circumstances after committing crime.
